As a client, you are our first priority. We are always available to answer your questions, and to discuss your portfolio or your needs. We strive to return all phone calls within one hour and e-mails within 24 hours whenever possible.
There Are No Stupid Questions
Investing and investment vocabulary can at times be intimidating. We want you to feel comfortable with the entire subject and process. Consequently we like to say that there are no stupid questions, only stupid answers. The latter being our problem, not yours. We encourage you to ask us questions no matter how simple or complex you may consider them to be. We will endeavour to answer and explain as clearly as possible and as briefly or in as much detail as you desire. If you need us to back up and go over something or explain it in a different way, we would be pleased to do so.
