You are the Boss

We work for you and are here to look out for your best interests. Like any good employee we are not “yes men”. We are here to tell you what you need to hear even if it is not always what you want to hear. Our job is to find, recommend and implement the the best solutions for your financial needs and objectives.

There Are No Problems, Only Solutions

Not only are we in the investment solution business, we are also in the service solution business. Whatever issues or concerns you may have, call us first. Whether it relates to our services or other financial related matters you have elsewhere, our objective is to find a satisfactory solution for you. In fact whatever your needs, even if the subject has nothing to do with finances, we may be able to refer you to a qualified and reputable service provider in a wide range of endeavours.

Responsive Open Door Policy

As a client, you are our first priority. We are always available to answer questions or discuss your portfolio or your needs. We strive to return all phone calls within one hour, and e-mails within 24 hours whenever possible. 

There Are No Stupid Questions

Investing and investment vocabulary can at times be intimidating. We want you to feel comfortable with the entire subject and process. Consequently we like to say that there are no stupid questions, only stupid answers. The latter being our problem, not yours. We encourage you to ask us questions no matter how simple or complex you may consider them to be. We will endeavour to answer and explain as clearly as possible and as briefly or in as much detail as you desire. If you need us to back up and go over something or explain it in a different way, we would be pleased to do so.
